The Heerens

Oh hi, thanks for stopping by. I'm Erin Heeren, my husband is Matt, and no we don't usually hang out in empty baseball parks. We are recently married, settling into life in suburbia in lovely Des Moines, Iowa. By day I am an event planner and Matt is a software engineer. We also have two playful kitties, Autumn and Louie (who Matt loves even though he pretends not to).

And because that wasn't crazy enough, we've added a couple of puppies to the mix. Bailey and Cooper are both lab mixes that we recently adopted because we officially wanted to live in a zoo.

I started this blog as a way to document my crazy dreams, and then to keep people updated about my wedding planning. Now it's more of a collection of my random thoughts and life updates about the places we go and things we do. Largely it's just an outlet for my rambling so my poor husband doesn't have to listen to the 5000 thoughts that go through my head all at once!
